Khozicid97 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the relationship between khozicid97 and every user who accesses or uses the platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Avoid sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact customer support.
Khozicid97 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Users of the khozicid97 platform agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated software (bots), or manipulate game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Money laundering: This platform may not be used for any money laundering activities or the financing of illegal activities. khozicid97 complies with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means — including the use of multiple accounts or false information — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.
- System interference: Sending malicious code, viruses, or any elements that may disrupt the normal functioning of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the khozicid97 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. The platform does not provide legal advice and bears no liability for any user's breach of local laws.
Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the khozicid97 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

Transaction Responsibility
Users bear full responsibility for all transactions carried out through their accounts. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled except under circumstances specified by platform policy. khozicid97 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures on the part of third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Under no circumstances shall khozicid97's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the khozicid97 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of khozicid97 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written authorisation.
Account Policy and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Khozicid97 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Khozicid97 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate channels. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
